How do I customize my web photo gallery?

Provide you have at least a "Basic" account with CrowdCameo login to your client account select the "Site Design" tab at the top of the screen.

  1. Select your web gallery's color scheme using a RGB/HexDec pallette.
  2. Upload Header and background images
  3. Post the html code for a Side Bar advertisement.
  4. Make sure to double check the appearance of your web gallery at [shortname].crowdcameo.com

Customizing your web gallery is a great way to involve your sponsors, or promote your future events. Customization is not available for free accounts.

Where/How do I approve photos?

Login to your account at crowdcameo.com/admin. Click "View Photos" next to the appropriate event. Photos will appear in the admin system as they are sent to the server.

  1. Click on the thumbnail image to see a larger version of the photo.
  2. Click "Approve" to publish the photo into the Online Gallery and add it to the slideshow.
  3. Click "Reject" if the photo has objectionable content or should not be displayed.
  4. Click "Highlight" to place it at the top of photos in the web gallery

How do I play the CrowdCameo slideshow?

  1. Go to the "Events" tab of the Admin panel.
  2. Select "View Photos" for the appropriate event.
  3. Click "Start Slideshow" and follow the directions on your screen to play your events slideshow.

How do I customize my CrowdCameo slideshow templates?

Login to your account at crowdcameo.com/admin and select the "Slideshows" tab at the top of the screen. Here you create and edit slideshow template for your organization. When creating a template follow the simple steps below.

  1. Select whether you want to include; text/colors, text/colors/logo, or if you are uploading custom made images.
  2. Select either a 4:3 or 16:9 size for the template.
  3. Select how many seconds you would like each photo displayed
  4. Using a RGB/HexDec color pallete select your template's custom color scheme.
  5. If you have a Premium account or higher, you able to upload a team or sponsor logo into your template. When doing so make sure you are uploading a transparent .png file.

You can create as many templates as you would like customizing your slideshow presentation to match in-game promotions and multiple sponsors.

How does CrowdCameo connect to my videoboard system?

CrowdCameo connects to your videoboard system by using a video output from a computer connected to a video input for your videoboard system. Your video inputs could be S-Video, Component Video, HDMI, VGA or DVI. Basically, it works just like any other video source (ex. DVD player, tape deck, camera) when connecting to your system. With an inexpensive video convertor cable almost any computer can run CrowdCameo on your videoboard. Please consult with your IT department or video staff.

Can I use CrowdCameo if I don't have a videoboard?

You can use CrowdCameo's slideshow presentation on any device where you can connect a video input, this includes but is not limited to; televisions, projectors, and computer monitors.

Can I change my account information?

You can change your account information in the admin system under the "Account Settings" tab.

How do I upgrade or cancel my account?

You can upgrade your account in the admin system under the "Account Settings" tab.
